From Tuesday to Friday, we open at 16:00 and serve our evening menu of premium halal steaks, grilled specialities, mezza and sharing dishes.
Kolma combines premium halal steaks and grilled specialities with authentic Middle Eastern-inspired dishes. Our menu includes freshly prepared hot and cold mezza, generous sharing platters, vegetarian options, salads, homemade accompaniments and distinctive desserts.

Absolutely. Everyone is welcome at Kolma.
Our focus is on high-quality ingredients, careful preparation, generous dishes and genuine hospitality. Halal certification provides reassurance for guests who require it, while our food and restaurant experience are designed for everyone to enjoy.
We prepare as much as possible in-house, including many of our mezza, sauces, marinades, side dishes and accompaniments.
Homemade preparation is central to our approach because it gives us greater control over freshness, flavour and consistency.
Our larger premium cuts are prepared with care and precision. The meat is first seared, then finished in our clay oven and allowed to rest properly before serving.
This process takes time, but it helps develop the flavour, tenderness and texture of the meat. We would rather prepare your steak correctly than rush a dish that deserves patience.
Yes. Our steaks can be prepared to your preferred level of doneness. Please tell our team how you would like your meat cooked when placing your order.

Kolma is operated by Sonia, originally from Romania, and David, from the United Kingdom.
They continue to operate a successful hospitality business in the UK that welcomes around 50,000 guests each year. They are bringing that experience to Bremen with the ambition of developing Kolma into one of the city’s most respected dining destinations.
Our kitchen is led by Chef Adam, originally from Syria.
He brings decades of international experience gained across Syria, Dubai, Lebanon, Algeria and Germany. His background includes 10 years working in Dubai, five years in Lebanon, two years in Algeria and 11 years in Germany.
His cooking combines authentic Middle Eastern flavours, premium ingredients, careful technique and refined presentation.
Adam has a particular passion for mezza and the tradition of sharing food.
He believes that a meal should be a social experience that brings people together. His hot and cold mezza are therefore prepared to be placed at the centre of the table, encouraging conversation, connection and shared enjoyment.
Kolma brings together premium halal steaks, carefully grilled specialities, authentic mezza, homemade preparation and the Middle Eastern tradition of sharing food.
Just as importantly, we focus on attentive service, a welcoming family atmosphere and creating experiences that guests remember. Our goal is not simply to serve a meal, but to create a place where people feel comfortable, valued and happy to spend time together.
