Valid for the Restaurant Kolma, Bremen.

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts and agreements regarding the provision of gastronomic services, table reservations, the hosting of events (e.g., private parties, corporate events, birthdays) as well as all other related services and deliveries provided by the Restaurant Kolma in Bremen.

2. Table Reservations and Cancellations

Table reservations are binding. With the confirmation of the reservation by the Restaurant Kolma, a hospitality agreement is established. Should you be unable to fulfill a reservation, we kindly ask for a timely cancellation. For regular table reservations (up to 8 people), cancellation is possible free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the restaurant reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 20 Euros per booked seat, as we have kept the table available for you and made corresponding preparations.

3. Events and Group Reservations

For events (parties, business dinners, tastings) and groups of 9 or more people, separate agreements apply. An exact number of guests must be bindingly communicated to the restaurant no later than 3 working days before the event. This number serves as the basis for invoicing, even if fewer guests attend on the day of the event. A free cancellation of the entire event is possible up to 14 days before the scheduled date. For later cancellations, up to 50% of the agreed menu price may be charged as a cancellation fee.

4. Prices and Terms of Payment

The prices stated on the food and beverage menu at the time of the visit apply. All prices are in Euros and include the statutory value-added tax (VAT). Payment is generally to be made on-site immediately after the services have been utilized. We accept cash payments as well as common debit (EC) and credit cards. For larger events, we reserve the right to request an appropriate advance payment.

5. House Rules and Atmosphere

Kolma is a smoke-free restaurant. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas and is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. We place great value on a family-friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We ask all guests to behave considerately. Bringing your own food and drinks is not permitted, with the exception of baby food. We would like to point out that our meat is 100% halal and we operate a completely pork-free kitchen.

6. Liability

The Restaurant Kolma is liable according to statutory provisions. We assume no liability for guests’ wardrobe, brought items, or valuables, unless there is intentional or grossly negligent behavior on our part. We provide a sufficient number of free parking spaces; however, parking is at your own risk. No liability is assumed for any damage to vehicles.
